Each component undergoes a rigorous, step-by-step testing procedure, starting with an electrical integrity check and concluding with a full mechanical performance analysis The 4 Critical Stages of Injector Testing VL (Full Load): We test the injector at maximum pressure and speed to ensure full engine power and prevent "Limp Mode" during acceleration. EM (Emission/Mid-Load): We calibrate for steady driving conditions to guarantee maximum fuel economy and smooth engine performance at cruising speeds. LL (Idle): We verify fuel delivery at low pressure to ensure a smooth, quiet idle and prevent the engine from stalling or hunting. VE (Pre-Injection): We measure the "pilot" spray that reduces engine noise and emissions, eliminating that harsh "diesel clatter" and ensuring a clean burn.
